in an office, at various times during the day, the boss gives secretary a letter to type , each time putting the letter on top of the secretary's inbox. when there is time, the secretary takes the top letter off the pile and type it. if there are 5 letters in all and boss delivers them in the order 12345, which of the following could not be the order in which secretary types them?
a) 24351

Suppose boss put first time 4 letters in order 1,2,3,4
Then definitely she will strt typing the top one tht is 4th..after completing 4th letter...boss again put the 5th letter on the top....sho she again choose the top most tht is 5th one and type it...after tht queue will have order 1,2,3

2)push 1,push 2,push 3, pop 3,pop 2,push 4,pop 4,pop 1,push 5,pop 5 so,popping order 3,2,4,1,5.so option c correct.
3)push 1,push 2,pop 2,push 3,push 4,pop 4,pop 3,push 5,pop 5,pop 5 so,popping order 2,4,3,5,1 so,option a is correct.

Because, when 2 letters are kept on top, the secretary takes the 2nd letter first.
Then, the 3rd letter is placed by the boss on top.
Then the fourth letter is placed.
Then, he can take the 4th letter now.
Now, he takes the 3rd letter.
Then the boss places the 5th letter.
Secretary now takes the 5th letter.
