  so in 2011:
  population of alhambra= X + 85% of X = 37X/20.
  population of nalanda = Y - 33% of Y = 67Y/100.
  
  but in 2011, population of both was found to be equal
  therefore, 37X/20=67Y/100
  => Y = (37 * 5)X/67 = 2.761X
  so %age of population nalanda was the population of alhambra =2.761*100 = 27.6%
