this can be written as (log1-log20)^37
log 1=0
log 20 can be written as -(log 2+log 10)^37
log 10 = 1 log 2=0.3010

As we are calculating for the zeroes after decimal the anwer will have negative symbol
these are the formulas used am giving in the order
log(a/b)=log a -logb
loga^m=mlog a
loga*b=log a+logb
