A boy wants to make cuboids of dimension 5m, 6m and 7m from small cubes of .03 m3. Later he realized he can make same cuboids by making it hollow. Then it takes some cubes less. What is the number of the cubes to be removed?

given volume of each cube =0.03m3
so no of cubes can be formed is 210/0.03
no of hollow cubes=(5-2)*(6-2)*(7-2)/0.03=2000

volume of small cubes= .03 m3
volume of hollow cube= 3*4*5=60 m3
Total required cubes= 210/.03= 7000
required small cubes of hollow cube= 60/.03=2000

Total cubes reqd = 7000
for hollow cube no. of small cubes reqd = (5-2)*(6-2)*(7-2)/0.03=2000
