what will the maximum and minimum amounts a person can buy??

  and min 6+6+6=18
  and max 11+11+11=33

  a person can pcgs for 20 kg as
  2 2kg = 4 kg
  2 3kg =6kg
  2 5kg =10kg
  so total 20 kg.
  so for 21 1(2kg) 3(3kg) 2(5kg) which makes 2 9 10 total 21kg
