If tens and unit place digits of the number are 'x' and 'y' respectively, then number=10x+y
1st condition: 10x+y=4+8(x+y) or 2x-7y=4 ----(i)
2nd condition: (10x+y)-7x=10y+x or 2x-9y=0 ----(ii)
On solving (i) & (ii), x=9, y=2
