Here you go There is a burner which is going to burn randomly,and however it is going to burn in exactly 1 hour. if I give you 2 burners like that how will you measure 45 minutes by using them.

• First lit one candle and burn it until it is half in length to the another candle.When length is half,lit other side of the same candle.
  ie., 1/2 hr+15min=45min
