committee but every pair of committee has 3 members in common. what is the
least possible number of members on any one committee?

• Let The 3 committees are A,B and C.
  2 persons belongs to all three committees i.e A,B and C
  and every pair (let A and B)of committees has 3 members in common that means 3 -2 = 1
  and minimum number of members in any committee are 2 + 1 + 1 = 4
