There is a ticket numbering 1,2,3.........,1100.Find the probability how many times 2 digit occur in when we get the ticket.

100 to 199=19
200 to 299=100(every number has 2)
remaining all contains 19 in every 100 set
so
so 1 to 1100=19*10+100=290
