I need to clarify one thing...
In mother maiden name if we write XYZ Johes (full name before marriage i have wriiten).
Is this wrong ....or i should write Johes(surname before marriage) as mother maiden name

• You should write only the surname(before marriage), i.e. Johes

• If ur mom dont have any family name as her surname before marriage then give only ur mom name as mother's maiden name.This is confirmed by tcs staff.
