According to the question, there must be a net increase of 6 degrees between the hands.
This would happen after 12/11 minutes.
Answer: 12/11 minutes, that is about 1.09 min or 65.45 seconds.

7min=42 degrees
To make a difference from 6min to 7min i.e 36 degrees to 42 degrees, 6 degrees should be added to 36 degrres, and we know, 6 degrees = 1 minute.
