  After Nisha starts, she will meet Asha when the difference of 10 km. will be covered with relative speed of 9-4=5 km/hr, so time required for this=10/5=2 hours
  So the time Nisha meets Asha is 11:30 + 2hrs=1:30 pm

  now after 2hours ahsa covered the distance of 8km and nisha covered the distance of 18km
  so asha covered the distance=10+8=18km
  at 18km nisha meets asha and at 1:30pm
