  solution is simple:-

  U scored as much as D and D scored more than U. i.e. D>=U
  R scored less than M. i.e. R D
  so, conclusion is:-
  P is first
  D is second
  U is third
  M is fourth
  R is fifth i.e. lowest scorer.
