  initial ratio w/m = 1/4
  after removing 20% of the content water 2.5- 20% of 2.5 = 2ltr
  and milk = 10 - 20% of 10 = 8ltr
  so, w/m = (2+x)/8 = 4/1 (ratio reversed) => x = 30
  again w/m = (2+30)/(8+y)=1/4(reversed)=> y = 130
