  So 8 men and 20 women's 20 days work= 20[ 8/(12*36) + 20/(18*60) ] =20/27

  If remaining work is to be completed by 'x' women in 4 days, then 4*x/(18*60)= 7/27
  => x=(7*18*60)/(27*4)=70

  18/ women in 60 days
  1 woman work = 1/(60*18)
  both worked for 20 days ..
  1 days work (8 man +20 woman) = 1/54+1/54= 1/27;
  hence 20 days work = 20/27;
  total work =1;
  work left =1-20/27;
  hence 7/27 work left will be completed by (n)womens in 4 days is
  (4 *n)/18*60 = 7/27
  n = 70
