bhamsingh and sukhalal contested the assembly election bhimsingh won the election by 2000 votes securing 55 of the total votes

among 100 ,10 did not vote so rest=90 out of which 55 won by bhimsingh and rest 35 got for sukhul.so diff of vote between both batches is 20. so for 20 diff he won by 2000 so for 100 percent how much?
2000*100/20=10,000 total votes .so out of which one won by 55 percent cal i.e.,55*10,000/100 then we get=5500.for 35 percent we get 3500.

10% did not vote so total vote be 90/100(x)
winners vote= 55(x)/100
loser vote=55(x)/100 - 2000 "as B won by 2000 votes
so now equate total vote= winner + loser
ie x=10000

As winner got 55% total votes and 10% voters didn't cast their vote so loser must have got 35% so difference between winner and loser is of 2000 and that correspondes to 2000 ..so 55%=5500,35%=3500

actually total 100% wehave, but 10% were not voted so we have 90%.
Then the diffrence bw winner and lossser is 2000 and winner got 55% so losser must got 35% so differnce is 20%,i.e for 20% 2000, so for 100% that should be 10,000.among 10000 winner 55% so he got 5500 and losser got 3500

Suppose total candidates were 10000.
1)So 55% of 10000=5500 votes of Bhamsingh and
2) 10% of 10000=1000+5500=6500. So 10000-6500=3500 votes of Sukhalal.
