  Let the quantity of wheat = x
  5% lost in grinding wheat, that means, we have 95% quantity of wheat with us i.e., = 95% of x => (95/100)*x
  and 20 million bags are imported, so add this 20 million to 95% of x => (95/100)*x+20 .....eq(1)
  Now, when grinding the same quantity of wheat i.e., x, 2% lost, that means 98% is good wheat = (98/100)*x
  and 15 million bags are imported, add 15 to 98% of x => 15+(98/100)*x .....eq(2)
  So, in both the cases, the quantity of wheat is same,
  => eq(1) = eq(2)
  20+(95/100)*x = 15+(98/100)*x
  => x = 166(2/3)
