The total expense for instruction lead group is 2500*4*3=30000. let the room rental service be x. The equation is 2500*4*3 + x = 200*30*4 + 8000. it becomes 30000 + x = 24000 + 8000. the answer x is 2000.

  As only 10 employees has room rental services and so they are paid $200 per module so each of them gets $800 ..then the savings become $(10000-800 )= $9200 .. but due to rental services the saving is shown to be $8000 ... so the amount of rental service is $(9200-8000)=$1200.
