  old_average_age_before_three_year = (o1 + o2 + o3 + (p4-3) + (p5-3) +...+ (p11-3)) / 11 = ((o1 + o2 + o3 + p4 + .... + p11) - 24) / 11 o1, o2, o3 are old players which are now replaced by young players.
  
  both average ages are equal so we have
