  time taken to travel that distance with speed s = 14s/s=14 hrs

  let present speed be s1=7/11(x)
  time =22hrs
  we know that speed=distance/time
  therefore distance=speed * time= 7/11(x) * 22=14x
  now if speed is x then, time=distance/speed=14x/x=14hrs
  so saved time=22-14=8hrs
