• this question is ambiguous because it is not declared that all the laptops which are used in first week are also used in second week or some new from unused were used.this ambiguity is present in this question for all four weeks.
  now my solution will go like this but i am not sure,
  total laptops=33*5=165
  i will assume that computers used in third week is also used in all other week.computers used in first week is also used2nd and 4th week.computers used in 2nd week is also used in 4th week.
   
  so according to that total 160 out of 165 were used because 160 is highest in any week
  so 160/165=32/33

  total laptop used in a month=75+155+30+160=420
