  in 1st nd 2nd only the digits are reversed i.e. in place of 137 there is 731
  in place of 276 there is 672
  so ans is 534

  as in base 10, it will be 95+195=285
  similarly (731+672) in base 8 will be (473 +442 = 915) in base 10 which will be 1623 in base 8.

• 1623....7+6=13 so carry is 1 but instead of 3, 5 is used so increase it by two when adding 7 and 6....again 3+7+1(from carry )=11 carry is 1 but in place of 1.... 3 is used so again increased by 2 on adding 3 and 7....further 1+2 +1(from carry)=4...so it would not be increased....now in second case....2+1=3 so donot increase like in former case....3+7=10..increase it by 2 so we get carry 1 and sum 2 again 7+6+1(from carry)=14..increase it by 2 to get 1623
