  --->in 1st second 30-6=24lit milk, 6lit water
  --->in 2nd second 24*(20/100) + 6(20/100)= 4.8+1.2=6 so we have, 19.2 milk and 10.8 water
  ---> in 3rd time 19.2*20%+10.8*20% = 3.84 + 2.16 after adding water we have 15.36 milk, 14.64 water..
