(log4 base x - log root2 base x ) = (2log2 base x - (1/2)log2 base x )
= (3/2)(log2 base x)
= 3/(2 * logx base 2)
so resultent = ((100^x)*3)/(2*logx base 2)
if x =1 then resultent = ((100^x)*3)/0 = infinity
so max value is infinity
