- 3
Explaination :
consecutive odd number be x, x+2,x+4
thrice the sum = three more and twice the last numb
3 ( x + x+2 + x+4 ) = 3 + 2(x+4)
3 ( 3x + 6 ) = 3 + 2x + 8
9x + 18 = 11 + 2x
9x - 2x = -18 + 11
7x = -7
x= -1
so x , x+2, x+4 ==> ( -1, 1 , 3)
