  60% of 4 litre is (60*4/100)=2.4 litre
  the mixture is 3.6 litre
  so the percentage is(3.6*100/10)=36%

  therefore mixture is in the ratio 1.2/2.4= 1:2
  therefore the mixture contains 33.33% of sol "A" and 66.66% of sol "B".
  (sol A:sol B)=(33.33%:66.66%)
