- Keeping first strip constant, each of 21 strips will add 5 each to the width.
=> 21*5 = 105 cm
Adding first one , 105+10 => 115cm
ANSWER => (a) - 13 years agoHelpfull: Yes(15) No(2)
- for 1 strip 5cm is increased
so, for 21 strips it is 21*5=105
width of the first strip is 10cm
so, for 22 strips 105+10=115cm
hence option a is the answer - 13 years agoHelpfull: Yes(5) No(1)
- 1st strip width is 10c.m.2nd strip width is also 10 c.m.
Combined strip width of 1st and 2nd is 15 c.m(given).
if 20 such strips are kept,then 20/2=10 combined stips width will be 10*15=150c.m+15c.m(1st combined strip width)=165c.m - 13 years agoHelpfull: Yes(1) No(7)
- a)115cm 21*5=110+5(first)=115cm

- sinc for every single strip widt is increased by 5 cm
so,for 22 strips width will be 22*5=110

- answer is A :because 10+(21*5)=115;
here 1st strip width is 10;
and 21 times 5cm increased each time. - 7 years agoHelpfull: Yes(0) No(0)
- 115
For two strip we are getting three 5 cm division
Therefore for 22 strip we will get 23 division
i.e. resultant width=23*5=115 cm - 6 years agoHelpfull: Yes(0) No(0)
