A lady has fine gloves and hats in her closet-18 blue,32 red,25 yellow.the lights are out and it is totally dark.In spite of the darkness ,she can make out the difference between a hat and a glove. she takes out an item out of the closet only if she is sure that if it is glove.how many gloves must she take out to make sure she has a pair of each color?

- For these questions, you need to consider worst case scenario. Don't think she picks 1 glove and come out to see the color. She makes sure at-least 1 pair of each color is picked, then she comes out. So she keeps picking until there are 16 gloves left because blue is lowest(18) and if only 16 are present, she is sure that atleast 2 from red,2 from yellow, 2 from blue are picked so ans is 32+25+2 = 59. If confued, for these questions just add higher values first + add 2 of the least value.
