  2 AND 3 ARE COMMON TO BOTH TAKE THE LOWEST POWER OF COMMON FACTOR.
  SO , 2^2*3 I.E. (2+1)*(1+1)=3*2=6
  ADDING 1 TO THE LOWEST POWERS GIVES THE NUMBER OF COMMON FACTORS IN BOTH THE NUMBERS.
