- we make a 9 digit no and that no is divisible by 4 if no is divisble bye 4 then last two digit divisible by 4 then no ens with 12 ,24,32,44,52 amd remaining 7 plces can be arranged in (5)^7ways and no ends 12,24,32,44,52 then it creat a 5 cases then ans is (5)^7*5=390625

- number is divisible by 4,so it must be end with either 2 or 4 of given digits. and 8 places will be like 5*(5)^7=390625
