I want to say that being a customer of your company,I bought a product.But within 2 days it stopped working and now its is not working and in a non working condition.Several times ,I called the customer care but every time they used to put me through automated teleservices .When I called them ,they put me on hold for 19 minutes just by saying that we are checking and without saying anything,the call just got disconnected.They wrote an-mail in reply and said that the problem will be sorted out .But two days passed,the problem is still unresolved.so I request you to take necessary steps regarding this as soon as possible.

I bought a product of your company.But it stopped functioning within 2 days and is currently in non-working condition.I called the customer care several times,but it goes in vain as each and every time they used to put me through automated teleservices.When i complained them ,they put me on hold for 19minutes just by saying that we are checking and disconnect my call.Being a customer it is very npleasant for me.They also wrote me an email in relpy and assured me that the problem will be sorted out.But two days have alredy passed but the problem is still unresolved.So i request you to take requisite steps as soon as possible.

SIR,we bought a scanner of urs brand last week,but it didn't worked any more,we also called your customur care centre but they just kept me on hold upto 19 minutes,and then disconnected and we also wrote an email reply which is sorted out for 2 days but it is not satisfactory and problem is still unresolved.

Recently i bought a product from your company"ITEX".But it did not work properly from the starting itself.I called to customer care.They kept me on hold for 19 minutes and later it got disconnected.Next i wrote an e-mail.There is no reply since 2 days.But problem still unresolved.We are facing a lot of inconvenience due to this.Please make my problem sorted out.Put me through automated teleservices immediately.

After some time the call just got disconnected. They wrote an email that the problem will will be sorted out, but the problem is still unresolved.
