• ans is 3584.
  4 digit no is formed using 0 - 9(10 nos)
  if no start with 0 then it is a 3 digit no.
  so we have 7 possible no out of 10 nos(excluding 0,3,6)= 7
  in 2nd digit we have 8 possible out of 10 nos =8
  in 3rd digit we have 8 possible out of 10 no=8
  in 4th digit we have 8 possible out of 10 no=8
  so, there fore =7*8*8*8=3584
  ans is 3584
