A can do work in 36 days. B can do the work in 72 days and c can do work in 78 days. the three take turns working.i.e A works on the 1st day. B works on the 2nd day, C on the 3rd day and so on. which day will they finish the work?

let divide 54 in three parts means each get 18 days ..
in 18 days A do 1/2 work ,
in 18 days B do 1/4 work ,
in 18 days C do 18/78 work..
so total work done on ending of 54 day will be (1/2+1/4+18/78)= 0.98 ...
