  Given a+b+oranges=72 && 2a+3b+4(oranges)=216
  considering oranges=35
  a+b=37 && 2a+3b=76
  on solving these both equations we get b=2 and a=35.
  such that 35+2+35=72 && 2(25)+3(2)+3(35)=216 .obtained values satisfying both given eq's.ao max no of oranges is 35.
