Who is saying the truth and who is lying

• 4th person is telling the truth
  because if we assume ist is telling truth ie 1 person is lying den four people are telling truth but all 4 people are telling diffrent answers so 1st person himself is lier
  
  2nd person is also lying because he says 2 person are lying den remaining 3 person should tell d truth but other three person are telling diffrent answer
  
  3rd person is also lying because if we go according to him 2 of dem are telling correct answer but any of the two members are not telling the same no. of liers
  
  5th person is also lying because he answer without thinking that if he is telling truth den he is also lying and if he is not speakin truth den again he is a lier so 5th person is lier in both cases
  
  now coming to 4th person he tells 4 of us are lier .here all the combination in the above cases are satisfied because all other person other than the 4th person are lier and the 4th person is speakin truth
