  if no of cycles is 20=20*2=40wheels;remaining wheels 142/4=12*(22/4)..not possible
  now take 19=19*2=38;remaining wheels 144/4=36(which is possible)
  if u try for remaining cases it's not possible .hence ans is 19

  which of the option gives an integer value is the correct ans

• I have also seen these type of question where no, of vehicle is not provided. only total no. of wheels is given. atq, possible number of bicycles is asking so we need to go through options and solve it by hit and trial method, as given possible no. bicycle, so we need to give max number of bicycle that can place there, they are not asking for exact number of bicycle, so 19 is the correct option. 19*2=38
