P is able to do a piece of work in 15 days and Q can do the same work in 20 days. If they can work together for 4 days, what is the fraction of work left?

Let us take the total work to be done is LCM of 15 and 20 = 60
P's 1 day work = 60/15 = 4
Q's 1 day work = 60/20 = 3
p & Q together 1 day's work = 7
since they worked for 4 days. so, P & Q's together 4 days works = 7 x 4 = 28
work left = 60 - 28 = 32
fraction of work left = 32/60 = 8/15
