  =>(m-3n)d=13
  =>d=13,it cnt be 1 coz if 1 is taken then remainder is 0 so it cnt be possible..
  now (m-3n)=1, put values of m,n that satify this.. now find x & d by values dese values nd u get 3 as remainder...
