5. A shipping clerk has five boxes of different but unknown weights each weighing less than 100 kgs. The clerk weights the boxes in pairs. The weights obtained are 110, 112, 113, 114, 115, 116, 118, 120 and 121 kg. What is the weight of the heaviest box?

According to the quest. they are taken in pairs so the combination will be
A+B=110,A+C=112,A+D=113,A+E=114,B+C=115,B+D=116,B+E=118,C+D=120,C+E=121
now let subtract B+C=115 and A+B=110 ON SOLVING WE GET A=C-5
PUTTING THE VALUE OF A IN A+C=112 WE GET C=117/2=58.5
NOW ANE BY ANE AFTER PUTTING THE VALUES WE WILL GET
A=53.5,B=56.5,C=58.5,D=59.5 AND E= 61.5
