  l=2x/5-160
  
  total number of voters=votes polled to winner+votes polled to loser+x/5+120
  =41x/100+2x/5-160+x/5+120
  solve===>we get x as 4000
  loser/total votes cast=(2x/5-160)-(4x/5-120)==>50%-5% =45% is the req answer.
