there are red,blue and green balls in a bag.to ensure that you pick at least one red ball from the bag without seeing the colour of the ball, you need to pick 26 balls. to ensure the same for blue and green balls,you need to pick out 21 and 24 balls, respectively. how many balls you need to pick out to ensure that you have at least two balls of each colour?
Read Solution (Total 8)
-
- red=26 => b+g=25
blue=21 => r+g=20
green=24 => r+b=23
r+b+g=34
no. of
r=9
b=14
g=11
so 27 balls needs to pick out to ensure that you have atleast two balls of each colour
