  so

  1st term+0.5=4th term(3+0.5=3.5)(4+0.5=4.5),4th term*2=5th term also 2nd+3rd term= 5th term (3.5*2=7 & 5+2=7)(4.5*2=9)
  hence 9,1.5,17.5,9.5,19

  4 6 3 4.5 9 -- in each group , 2nd digit= 1st+2 ; 3rd=1st-1 ; 4th= 1st+0.5; last= 2nd+ 3rd... so in next series , 1st= 1.5 , so 2nd= 3.5
