  where that one day is the day on which the year started. means if a year starts with sunday then we'll hv 53 sundays and rest all 52 tues,wed, etc.

  if we take wed and fri, then following day will be thurs or sat which is not possible, same if we take mon.

  there are only sunday and monday which can be 2 odd day
  if 1 jan has sunday then we are getting 31 dec on monday .

  if JAN 1st will start with Thursday we get=366/7=52thrsdays+52 thursdays+52satrdays
  now JAN 1st start with Thurseday

  so 29feb is MONDAY
