• I feel,by mentioning integral values, the question is asking for integer values and as they are the sides of a triangle, the order of the sides is not important.
  
  I will stick to my answer of 7 possible ways.

• Integral means the sides r in multiples of integral values.i.e.if ine side is x,other will be 2x & next will be 3x. So,x+2x+3x=15
  =>x=2.5 cm.
  2x=5cm
  3x=7.5 cm
  The answer will be 1 or 3! If ol d triangkes having same side r tretrd differntly!

• i think here integral means that the sides will not be in decimal form, they will take only integer value
