  if in 1 sec it moves 2 places,,
  then in 2012sec it moves 2012*2=4024 places......
  and nos are from 0 to 29 and currently it is on 23rd ....so
  4024%23 gives 22 remainder which represent the moves from 23 position after certain revolutions......
  therefore after 22 moves from 23rd it will be at 15th position............
