• since the handshaking is done bw one male and one female so out of the 12 people there are 6 men and 6 women,so 6 male and 6 female can be selected in 22c6 and 27c6 respectively.Again out of these 12 people only 2 people will shake hands. so possible shake hands are= 22c6*27c6*12c2
