Rani took 30 minutes to cycle from school to her home at an average speed of 12 km/h. If she wanted to reach home 10 minutes early, what must her average speed be?

Distance between school & home= 12*1/2= 6 km.
If 6 km. is to be covered in 20 min(or 1/3 hr)
Speed required=Distance/Time= 6/(1/3)=18 km/hr
