  so, in 20 min the car travels 5 miles i.e 5*1.6=8 km(approx)
  so, its speed 8/(20/60)=8*3 =24 km/hr (approx) is the ans.

  in 20 mins 5miles=5*1.6=8.0km
  60 mins=3 times of 20 mins
  i.e., 3*8.0=24km/hr
  or 8+8+8=24km/hr

  bcoz in 60 m cyclist can travel =12 km
  1 m --------------------=12/60 = 1/5
  20 m------------------- =20/5 = 4 km
  car in 20 minutes travels 5 mile
  speed in hour = 5 * 60/20 = 15mph or 24.14 kmph
