  then no. is = 10x + y
  if unit place is halved and tens place is doubled
  then no. is = 10*2x + y/2
  
  10*2x + y/2 -(10x+y)=37
  => 10x - y/2 = 37 .....(1)
  and, y-x=2 ....(2)
  solving, x=4,y=6
  no. is 46
