Two candles and a match box is given, each burning for 1 hr, how to measure 30 minutes.

• 1 candle burn for 1 hour...
  
  In order to measure 30 minutes,just light-up the 2 ends of a candle... So it ll burn for half an hour... (ie 30 mins)

  Given:
  1 candle burn for 1 hour... remember clock is not given... We need to measure 30 mins with the use of candle nd match box only...
  1 candle burn for 1 hr means , 1/2 candle burn for 30 mins...
  But there is no measuring instrument given to find the exact half of the candle...
  
  So what we can do is, We can light up both the ends of a candle...
  If we light up in one end, it ll burn for 1 hr... If in both ends means , it ll burn for 30 mins...
  
  Suppose if u want to measure 1hr 30 mins, u can light up 1 candle in 1 end... So it ll burn for 1 hr... After that candle gets burned completely (means 1 hr completed), u can light up both the ends of another candle (so it ll burn for 30 mins)
